Crashing, cant open it on iPad2/32GB

Cannot launch this version at all, crash on splash screen after 2 or 3 seconds after opening, totally closed it, rebooted the iPad several times, no avail. Please fix it.

iPad 2 / 32 GB / WiFi+ Cellular version, iOS 9.3.5
